Where do I start? Ordered a device through the call centre. First application done 4 Nov, after switching to FNB. Was told my salary first has to be transferred, even though consultant that opened the account told me that I do qualify for the device and can order it immediately. Tried again later the same day, application successful all of a sudden. Followed up on 7 Nov, only to find out application was never approved because there was a hard hold on the acc. 2 hours in the bank, hold lifted, another application. Finally approved. According to courier company stock is limited but AVAILABLE. Application still not sent through to couriers. Application escalated 3 times, still no phone call from them. And the call centre cannot give me their number as they only have an email address. What do I have to do to get someone to phone me??? I'm in 2 minds to cancel the order and find a new bank! Because apparently "How can we help you" means something different to them! Definitely not a happy new client!
