More than 10 days to process application!!!

I am utterly disgusted by the type of service you provide and completely baffled by the lack of professionalism on behalf of your customer 'service' agents. I made an online application for an iPhone 4 on Staurday 27 July and we are now Tuesday 6th of August. I called your departments so many times and spoke to so many different agents that by now I recognise half of the staffs that you employ! I was asked to fax in my documents-which I did same day that is Monday 29th July, paid R40 to do so, and your professional agents could not locate the documents and asked me to email instead. I keep calling almost every day and your agents tell me that they will call me later on during the day to give me an answer. I called them again yesterday and I got the same excuse. Today I was told that they will call me at 2pm, and I scheduled my lunch hours starting from 2pm so that I can answer the call, but as expected your agents have been way too busy dumping someone else to even have the decency to give me a call back to update me on my application. Now I'm disgusted at your lack of care for your customers. If you do not want to give me the phone, tell me right up to my face that I do not qualif
