Debt that doesn't belong to me!!!

17 august 2012 had a upgrade from business contract to a 2gig my top-up Ipad, i was told that my new sim will be active 1 sept and was advised to buy a data bundle which i did the bundle lasted about 5-10 days after that i had to wait till the simcard kicked in on 1st. and had to wait before using the internet again, i received a bill for R3700 which should have been R700 they did some investigation and told me i was liable fine i started paying it off cause i didn't want to be blacklisted, i received my account for january and installment that went from 3000 to 8000 i don't know where this is coming from, its say i have 3G laptop sundry charges which i do not own, im fed up with vodacom and the staff members that works in the call centre has no idea what they talking about please help
