Vodacom Bundle Service purshased but no Data

I have a 3 Contracts with Vodacom, we bough a Bundle package for my IPAD using the CellPhone Services, we have done this in the past no issues.

After we selected R99 (250MEG) data, I received a SMS saying thank You... The Gift has been send.

This is now 4 days and many Support Staff discussion later and no result, I went to the Vodacom Shop in The Grove Lynnwood RD and asked someone to assist, after 30 minutes I was still talking to Support, they can;t see the data on my IPAD...(FUNNY) that is what is wrong... I have made 5 calls to 111 spoke to many people and still my IPAD has no Data... At least they can confirm this... When we check on my Mobile they can see the R99 was selected and Bundle was purchased, but can't see to what number... PLEASE SOMEONE JUST FIX THIS, my mobile with the issue is 082370... and the IPAD number is 08241...
