4 March complaint refers:

Hi I signed up for a data stick, the 2gb 2 gb promotion a couple of weeks ago. The sim card number for this is 27729928828 I was told once i ran out of data, it would STOP! I specifically asked this in store and was assured. But I see that since the data bundle has run out, it's continuing to charge me out of bundle rates. This is NOT what I wanted, I am very upset and wish for these charges to be reversed, as I was not meant to be charged after the bundle was finished. I spoke to a consultant who said that "the 2gig 2gig promotion is a standard data package. With the Top Up version of this package you only receive 2gig of data as the extra 2gig offered on the standard package (Night Owl data) is not available on Top Up packages." as this is NOT what I wanted, I want my contract suspended immediately and I do not want to be liable for the premature cancellation fee, AS IT WAS NOT MY FAULT, I was misinformed!

I was contacted on 5 March by a Vodacom representative. He said he has requested my contract from the warehouse. He said he would look into having me refunded for the out of bundle data, It's 8 days later and I haven't heard further...
