Cell C
One Month No Responce

I had a contract with cell c and was due an upgrade, they called me and was done over the phone - HOWEVER I was not explained that I moving from a TOP UP to OPEN PLAN to the value of 15000.00, I currently have 5 reference numbers from the 14.12.2012 to 14.01.2013. and have emailed3 times.
I don't know what else to do to get this sorted out?
