Contract Expired yet still being charged

I have attempted to cancel my contract in September 2012 with more than sufficient notice at the Cell C branch in Menlyn Park, Pretoria. Apparently a simple fax was not received by Cell C's offices and now I have to deal with Cell C's incompetence. I was still charged the full monthly subscription from November to date after my contract expired. I went back to the branch in December to cancel the contract yet again and arrange a refund but Cell C has continued to ignore me and charge me for services I do not use. Due to cell c being incompetent and inefficient I am still paying for the contract that I do not use and cancelled in September. I have called the call centre and they advised that the money will be returned to my account and they will keep me posted. I have not heard anything from Cell c thus far. Sort out this issue immediately and fully refund me for all payments taken from my bank account since the end of the contract term. I will not recommend cell c to anyone as they have caused me grief since the time I initially cancelled my contract.
