On the 12/3/2013 ent to the Promenade store to migrate my voice plan to a data plan. I was assured by the shop assistant Uzzer that it would take 2 -3 days. On the 15th I called and was told by him Oh sorry there was a mistake on the application and he had to put it through again. He confirmed the plan I wanted which was the 2 gig data for the Tablet S. He asked me 3 times to confirm what I wanted and even thoughe he had made a mistake the first time he assured me it will al be sorted before the 21/3. On the 20/3 I called MTN again and Uzzer said oh the migration is not yet through but he would call me back in 15 min. An hour later I called back as he had not bothered to call me and he said no he is still sorting it out and will contact me. Just before 5pm I saw I had 2 missed calls and then a message saying I could collect the tablet ohe next day. So today on the 21st I go and I am helped by Meryl who says the migration is complete and she starts completing my paperwork. I then noticed the plan was incorrect as Uzzer had put through. The migration for 500mb and not 2gigs. So now I have to wait again and I am pissd because of the inconveniance caused by his mistakes.
