I went to the store at Cape Gate last week Thursday to perform a migration to a 2GB data line. I recieved the paperwork, the price was quoted to me as well. I tried using my Tab on Monday noticing I could not connect, I checked my airtime and noticed the migration was not done. I called your call centre who can do absolutely nothing (extremely useless!), they told me to go back to the store. I called the store who promised to get it done and also up to today has not! I have been out of contract since October last year, if no one can sort the migration out by tomorrow (07/03/2013) Please consider this as my immediate cancellation notice. my contact details are [Email Removed] Please correspond with me on email.
