WORST SERVICE EVER

IN THE BEGINNING OF MARCH I PURCHASED AN ALCATEL TABLET WITH THE DATA PLAN THAT WAS BEING ADVERTISED AT THE TIME. HOWEVER THE DATA PLAN ONLY KICKED IN ON THE 1St OF APRIL. IN THAT TIME I PURCHASED SEPERATE DATA SO THAT I COULD USE THE TABLET UNTIL THE FIRST OF APRIL. I USED THE TABLET 2 TIMES AND PUT IT AWAY AND WAITED FOR THE FIRST OF APRIL. ON THE 1ST OF APRIL I TRIED SWITCHING ON THE TABLET AND IT REFUSE TO GO ON. I CHARGED IT AND STILL DIDNT WORK. I TOOK IT TO THE SAME BRANCH, THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND IT TO VODACOM FOR A OBF. THEY PROMISED TO CONTACT ME WITHIN 7 DAYS BUT I DIDNT HEAR FROM THEM. SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY SENT IT TO VODACOM AND VODACOM SENT IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY MUS NOW SEND IT TO ALCATEL. IT IS NOW THE 5TH OF MAY I HAVE BEEN DEBITED TWICE IN FULL FOR AN ITEM I DONT HAVE, WHEN I CALL THEM THEY HAVE EXCUSES AND PROMISE TO CONTACT ME BACK AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I AM DISGUSTED AT THE POOR SERVICE RECEIVED, I NEDED THIS TABLET FOR WORK PURPOSES AND I AM BEING SEVERELY FINANCIALY PREJUDICED BY THEIR VERY BAD AND PUTRID SERVICE. I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVISE AND TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER, I WILL NEVER RECOMEND VODACOM (WESTWOOD MALL)
