MTN Request for Voice to Data Migration

Went to Boksburg MTN to Migrate my package from Voice to data. Queen, the lady that helped me said it will take 3 days to Migrate my number. 3 days later I phoned her to find out what is happening with her reply that MTN can not do the migration but she knows it is possible and is waiting for conformation from mtn.
5 days later phoned her again with her new reply that mtn is migrating my package and it will take 5 days.
5 days later I try to phone her again with only the message that se will phone me back.
This happend 3 times now and still waiting for her to contact me. Phoned MTN (808) with there response that the matter is in the technical department and that I must wait... how long must I wait 1 month. this is not acceptable.
