Out of Box on new device&No feedback on repairs

Vodacom is one of the service provider with the VERY BAD SERVICE EVER. On the 29/06/2013 I took up a Blackberry Z10 as an upgrade in Vodacom Shop @ Canal Walk and I was assisted by Kyle Hankey who assured me that should a problem arise with the device within 7 days I must return the device back and they will gladly exchange for me with a new device and if I experience any problem after 7 days then the device will be booked in for repairs. However within the 7 days period I experienced many faults with the device and as a result I took it back to the shop and quite alarmingly the consultant who assisted me told me that in order for them to make a decision of whether to give me a new device or not, the device has to be booked in for assesment and in the mean time I will be left with no phone and I found this very incoveniencing as I know that even in a clothing shop when the goods are not in a good condition after the customer bought them they do make exchanges therefore I demanded to be given a phone in the meantime and I was given a Samsung GT-E1105 with a market cost of R149.00 quite ridiculous if u may compare it with the cost of my Z10 & up until 2day I hvnt received any feedbck
