Bad accounts practice, followed by bad service

On the same email, i get my invoice and statment. Although invoice number match, amount on statment is more than invoice provided.

I believed this was part of a double charge, which i phoned in to sort out 3 times in 4 months, in which the account was unblocked, but the amount not removed. Everytime being told it will be resolved.

Now account gets blocked again, this time, the supervisor - Jampa Mabula, Has told me that the charge is supposed to be there, for data used.
As this is older than 3 months ago, and this is the first time im being told this, i request a history report on data used, before i pay, however, im being told i must pay for this. after Jampa not understanding my issue, and repeating the same story over and over (1 hour long call with no result...), ive requested for the manager to call since last friday, and have yet to received a call back. This is not my first, and doubt this is the last issue ive had with there accounts and call centre.

I'm back once more conplaining about Nashua Mobile
