Never received any invoices

I did a sim swop in September 2009 on my one number and since then haven't received an invoice. In October 2009 I requested invoices. About a month later, I visited Brooklyn again to request invoices and all of a sudden the account is not in my name anymore, but under a company name. I requested for this mistake to be rectified and every time the service was suspended and I phone 808, I was told that it is still under the company name and I am not an authorised person to speak to. I have been visiting MTN in Brooklyn and Irene Village Mall many times to sort out this problem, but nobody could ever sort this out and never even phone me back. The phone was suspended again about 5 months ago and I was told the outstanding invoice is R140 000, however according to the "tape recorder" when phoning 808, the account is over 1.1 million. Now my other nr is also suspended due to this invoice and when I requested an invoice, for the first time in 4 years I have received an invoice. The international roaming calls are charged for R116 923.38 which I can't believe is true. I do pay the invoice amount which I do receive every month and now my nr is suspended. Nothing was done when I made any queries!!!
