After 8 year of no incident Mtn has decided to rob me, my ordeal started September 20 when i received am sms stating my inclusive data bundle had been removed from my contract (200mb) i complained it took a week for them to credit my data in the meantime out of data rates applied (R2 /-- per mb) OF WHICH ON MY CONTRACT i am supposed to pay 0.29c per MB. i was told i can only query this after invoice had closed for them to reverse the charges (they still haven't its 7 Nov invoice closed 20 October) my bill was higher by R1000 DATA charge of R800 BUT i bought data separately to avoid out of data bundle rates even doing this does not help evidently because i get charged out of data rates even though i have data, it has happened again this month my data charge is R800 PLUS and i have 1500 mb bundle active ALSO which i bought for R149. its been two days since i have queried the new issue still nothing has been done, i am extremely upset and will to take this to the Consumer Council (In 10 DAYS TIME MY Line will be suspended and these guys are taking their time to rectify my invoice) from last month and my Nov on is also going to have issues Can some who has better work ethic sort out
