Impossible to receive service from Cell C

I have been in contact with Cell C since January to give notice on my account for Cancellation. Cell C will not accept notice over the phone, they will email you a form and ONLY then can you give notice. Since then my account has been suspended (but still billing), even though I have a statement that shows I am a month ahead till 31 Jan. I have spoken to Kefiwee Lebakeng (26 Feb 13:09), he was suppose to send me a recon, I have spoken to Paggson Mlagi, very arrogant and rude (6 Mar 12:53). He was upset that I asked for his name, refused to transfer me to another agent, said the supervisor was too busy to talk to me and to be spitefull transfered me back the customer care. I spoke to Larry (6 Mar 12:53) and he said a supervisor will come back to me. It is impossible to deal with Cell C, the agent can not resolve the issue and needs to come back to you, but NEVER does. When you phone back, they use the excuse the agent that you are looking for is not at work. I am currently working in Africa and the best way to contact me is via email, please use email as my main form of contact, my roaming has been switched off since suspension. All I want to do is give notice and cancel!
