Good day,
I received my contract on 14 march.on 19 march I picked up a billing issue, phoned customer care, they didn't have an answer for me and I requested cancellation of the contract and pick up of the modem.
since then I have made about 20 other enquiries about this issue and spent about 200 minutes on the phone, spoke to supervisors in both customer care as well as retentions department, but it seems like I am being ignored like a ing stop street.
please advise what the f$#@ I am suppose to do with this service???
