Dear Vodacom, I choose this platform because unfortunately this is the only way that I can get a decent honest response from you (at least that I hope for). After numerous phonecalls to the call centre and many hours of being on hold I finally get to Sanuta who works for the Southern Gauteng call centre, she informed me that a tower are about to be switched on in my area and she will notify me when.. I'm still waiting for her response, 7 days later. She promised me a call on Friday 15/03. I've been phoning the department every day, and every single person has another story.. the most recent there is not yet a tower its only in planning phase. Please, I work from home I need to phone and be able to receive phone calls. I can not pay for a service I can not use, it is not fair. I have realized through the years that I have indeed became just a number in your system and that your customer service are no longer up to standards and I now know you don't care at all. At least give me a fair chance to look for greener grass on the other side... My ref: s3/tkr6k/kfe3
