Installed ADSL line that is not working

Telecom called me offered me an ADSL line with data bundle. My wife works from home and uses data bundle to do her work. We then didn't have to buy data bundles since the line was installed on the 26 February 2013. Apparently the line was faulty and they sent a technician who came and disconnected it and left it in our house ever since then I have called telkom begged them to fix the line. To date no one has gotten back to us to tell us if we should get a new modem or cancel the contract. The bad attitude and service I've received from the call centre it made me to complain to their manager, of which I never get to speak to as they are forever in a meetings.
