ADSL request gone wrong

Dear Telkom,

When a paying customer like myself places an order to have a 4/10Mb ADSL line installed on his new phone line please take note that the most important thing is to deliver on that request.

My request was placed on 02/10/2013 which was quickly responded to by Telkom. Within 7 days I got news that my ADSL line was installed and verified! With this great news I registered with the ISP and got some data.

Sadly, the ADSL line was incorrectly installed (confirmed by your own Telkom "fault department") and therefore does not work. Over the last 2 weeks I have placed over 10 calls asking for this to be fixed. Your call centre agents give me various responses (even suggesting cancellation) but surprisingly, all say the same thing, "but on our system you ADSL is working".

NO IT IS NOT!!!

Please stop giving me false promises and fix the line.
