Cell C service is getting more poor than ever!!!

Cell C promised me a 3G modem 2 weeks ago. Today they made me stay at home, waiting for delivery. Once again they failed their customer. No service.
My Cell phones has been in now for 4 weeks waiting for their insurance to replace, no feedback from head office and no service from head office. They expect the public to pay for their poor service and still keep on advertising deals on Tv. They can not commit themselves to provide service that is reliable and trustworthy. Why all the on Tv and make false promises. The power is not in our hands but the people at Cell C who just do not care!!!

They are absolutely after mass deals and to score as much money as they can. In the process they abuse the trust of the public and offer no service.

This is poor and unacceptable! The word will be spread via Tweeter, Facebook and Beeld. Poor service, poor management and no response or feedback after numerious promises!!!
