Why bother asking us to "Challenge your network"

Maybe its time you revoked your advertising campaign for consumers to CHALLENGE THEIR NETWORK.

The below message was sent on 4 March 2013:

"Hello Nivern,

We have noted your query and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

It has been referred to Tshepo from our tech support team to investigate.
He will contact you for further feedback and assistance.

That was your response.

Tshepo called me shortly after this message was received.

Never heard from him again...

I would like this complaint passed onto a senior member that deals with customer services.

Please do not get DK or Tsepo to contact me, because they have FAILED to fulfill their duty, in keeping a customer happy.

Shame on you CellC.
