Unacceptable service from Red Bull Mobile/Cell C

This is report number 7 and still no solution. After the last report, I was told the following...

We apologise for the inconvenience this problem has caused.

Your query was escalated to Tshepo from our technical support team. We have sent him a message to follow up on it and revert to you.

After 7 full days, Tshepo still hasn't contacted me.

After the last report I was contacted by Dumisani Khumalo, who apologised profusely and said he would take control of the problem and e-mail me information on how to sort the problem out. He did nothing, so I called the call centre and spoke to Mpho Ditshibane, who apologised profusely and said he would contact Dumisani Khumalo to follow up on the progress.

So to recap, Dumisani Khumalo didn't follow up, Mpho Ditshibane didn't follow up, Tshepo (surname unknown) hasn't followed up. Plus the people responding from the 5 previous reports and my calls to the call centre. I estimate approximately 15 people. How are you still in business with such special people working for you.

Redbull/Cell C SORT THIS OUT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
