Cellc worst network ever!

Since early 2012, no later then March/April I've been having major problems or (lockouts) with excessing my internet & all social networking on my blackberry via the cellc network in the south of jhb, 2 mobile phones & over a year later but, nothing has changed. The past few days I've been making contact with the cell customer service & blackberry support technical departments, (spoke to a simphiwe, thandeka, lucas, wamkele, & even a kzn support staff member) & being told to reboot my mobile, told that its a general problem in the jhb south area for cellc customers, (of which a consultant had told me early last year as well, named carmen) pushed from A to Z the tone & constant "sighs" I received from wamkele (customer service parktown) everytime I raised a concern during that phonecal & constant sarcasm, as if Im in kinder garden asking how to eat my cereal but, no constructive assistance. I top up on my BIS service monthly & it goes to waste as 82% of the time cellc has drama! I've stayed loyal through all this & now all ask is service coz I don't mind leaving cellc all together because I feel used with no reason or solution as a loyal client!
