Still no feedback after two weeks

Hi i am still waiting for a response no one has contacted me as off yet, when i try to call customer service no one can seem to help me all of them says it is with their technical support they are looking into it. and if there is no one calling you re assuring you that as our valued client we are still investigating the matter just so as to re assure you that they have not forgoten about you
