So as i had predicted, i got the usual response from cell c here on hellopeter.

"We apologise for the unsatisfactory network reception you have been experiencing. We have referred your query to Kishan from our tech support team to investigate.
He will follow up on it and contact your for further assistance.'

and as i predicted nothing was done! Not only has this been going on for months where the call centre do nothing and unable to help or about sending me gprs settings and the like, but reporting on hellopeter 5 days ago did nothing. i didnt expect a call from them and neither do i want to cos im gonna loose it. they know my number, they know my details... THEY KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS! if i have to run cell c and its name through the mud on social networking too then i am going to. its ing simple ME STAY PLUMSTEAD IN CAPE TOWN, NO COVERAGE FOR PHONE OR INTERNET! i want an email actually of the progress report and stating the real reason why cell c cant do their job and i am going to take this further!
