Stil waiting on cellc to contact me

I am stil awaiting on cellc to contact me on this matter at hand. I AM STILL WAITING ON THIS SANDROS FROM THE ESCALATIONS TEAM TO CONTACT ME AN ALL I HAVE RECEIVED IS A SMS STATING THAT MY QUERY WILL BE ATTENDED TO SHORTLY

Cellphone Upgrade no delivery
On the 26 of august i applied for a 2 cell phone upgrades.. An i was told by cellc that the phones would be delivered within 3-7 working days, an it has been over a week now an still no delivery on my new phones.
