I applied to move my Telkom line from the old place to the new place.

The technician phoned me, and said he will not even come out to look as there are no lines. After the call centre made the appointment to come and install the line. The next day when I went to the Telkom branch, the lady confirmed again that there are lines. No problem.

Still, I do not have a Telkom line.

The phoned me this morning to re-apply for lines. To pay again for installation, where the move was suppose to be a free move. So, now I am on the loosing end and have to pay for new installation and not free move.

The forms did not arrive in my email, 4 hours later. When I phoned the call centre, I asked them to send me the forms, there are no call logged for this. And they started to transfer me. After 2 people I was transfered to, they still do not have to form. Then the lady said she will email the person who phoned me to phone me again.

When I asked if she can see that there are a call logged and somebody phoned me on my profile, she said that there are no call logged. So who did she then email???

Can anybody that know what is going on in Telkom please respond to this?? And get me a line?
