Telkom unable to cancel business lines

When our business intended to move I contacted Telkom to cancel our business lines. I was instructed how to do so and sent an email with all the particulars they asked. Upon moving out I contacted them again to ensure that they cancel the line. After our move I waited a week and checked to find our line still active!

Now almost 4months and 20hours of call center time and with visits to the Telkom shop no one has been able to cancel our lines. In fact Telkom has the audacity to continually insist that we owe them line rental for these months and are now handing this matter over to get a Judgement against us. What utter nonsense!?

We are now going public against Telkom - that refuses to let us relocate our office lines and wastes hours of valuable business time
