Kindness towards elderly

I was waiting in line at the store while an elderly woman was being assisted.
The person assisting her went out of his way to explain to her what was going on, since she had a hard time understanding her cell phone and why it wouldn't work. He didn't lose his temper and he explained everything carefully, a few times, with a big smile, until she understood.
I have respect for people who respect others, especially older people. That guy did Vodacom's name good!
