Waitrons running over elderly people

My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant over the weekend. As expected, it was busy as the breakfast special was on. While waiting to pay at the front counter, an elderly couple were trying to walk out. We gave way so that they could leave, but two waiters coming from the entrance inwards completely ignored the fact that the couple were trying to leave and basically knocked the man out of his crutches and off his feet.
I am highly disgusted by this as they didn't even apologize or look back to see if they were alright. It is disrespectful and I highly suggest you have a word with your employees on common decency and respect, especially when it comes to regard of the elderly.
