I will be taking my business elsewhere as my contracts are about to expire and have been told to do so. However, the people that I have recommended to Nashua have still got 2 LONG years of horrible service to look forward to. I have witnessed the branch manager David tell customers to take their business elsewhere as they don't need the business; I have witnessed David raise his voice to people while they are trying to explain their side of the story. I have been amazed at the fact that I have managed to walk out of that store without the assistance of security as if I do have to walk into that store again I will personally be putting David in his place. No thanks required. I'll pay for that pleasure.

The wrong contract was signed. When Nashua fixed the problem they failed to inform us of all the payments that would be included in the new contract. When we asked to see the contract that we are signing, we were told that they cannot and that they would email us a copy. Apparently an apology of "Our staff are not trained yet, it wont happen to anyone else, we promise" Is a sufficient apology. Head office says in store must sort it out. In store says head office must do it. CONTACT
