No one picking up my calls since thursday?

Good day

Please help, I've een trying to get my new phone/sim activated since last week thursday and no one is picking up the calls, this morning alone i was in hold for 17minutes and i tried again and was on hold for 32mins, this is after i waited almost 2 weeks for Cellc to deliver the correct sim (micro sim), ive been sitting with this new phone thats so not usefull to me since the 06th of march
