I've been dealing with various staff members, as well as the store manager, at Canal Walk Nashua Mobile. I've also called the call centre, who have been largely unable to help me because they 'cannot get through to the branches involved'.

I processed a contract upgrade at Canal walk over 2 weeks ago (on June 10), and was expecting delivery of my handset in 3-5 working days. Unfortunately my device shipping address was changed at the warehouse and sent to Bushbuck Ridge in Nelspruit. The Nashua tracking site shows that delivery took place a mere 2 days after my upgrade (on June 12).

Since then, I have been unable to obtain delivery to Canal walk. It has, as of yesterday (June 24) not even been collected from the Nelspruit store! And the treatment from the staff at my store has been well under par.

Unfortunately for Nashua this is not the only problem we have had with them, and it is now too much. I will be cancelling the upgrade as well as the contract I have with them to moving to a network that can provide better support and service. Hopefully this helps others who are deciding to start or renew a Nashua mobile contract. Don't!
