Cell C NOT geared for professional and business

Numerous enquiries has been telephonic, electronically and in person filled with Cell C with regards to very poor to NO reception in our offices as well as when travelling.

Each time a reference number is supplied with a promise of feedback. To date NO feedback and NO resolution has been received. Reference numbers 2091403678 / 2091403832 / 1736754 / 3031203274.

My impression is that Cell C is not geared towards servicing the professional and business market, but rather the lower end market that uses the phone for social calls.

Dropping a social call is tolerable, but continuously dropping calls with clients is embarrassing and unprofessional.

The call centre does not appear to be effect in the sense that the staff seems uninformed and unappreciative off client requirements.

The shop in Fourways' attitude is one of no care and when I complained once again I was simply informed to go ahead and cancel my contract, Thami did not even attempt to assist me.
