WITHOUT PREJUDICE

The saga is still going on. And Nashua have again locked my phone. Again impacting my business.

I actually cannot believe the administration of NASHUA MOBILE and their lack of caring for customers, let alone long term customers. You email them and the email boxes are full so they come back. You phone to speak to someone and no one is available. You leave a message and no one every returns your calls. They forge your signature on a contract, give you the wrong contract, impact adversely your business because of their bad administration and you get neither an apology at the time or compensation for all the time, trouble and petrol it costs you.
And on top of that, they now tell me my son's account is standing at over R124, 000!!
My son has been in England for the last 3 years with an English cell phone and hasn't used his South African cell phone for those 3 years. No one at Nashua can be bothered or even be bright enough to explain this ridiculous amount.
I cannot wait until my contract is up and I can move to another provider.
