As a commission earner, there are times when commission lags or comes in late. Nashua mobile give you six (6) days before they 'softlock' you, (incoming calls only). I went into a Nashua store to be told that the outstanding bill was R2200 odd, I paid R2500. Six days later I was "softlocked". Tried calling but you cant use your own phone even to call them. My Credit Controller - Colleen Jaunita David had to escalate the fact that the Nashua mobile store was wrong, I in fact had to pay an additional R1800 due to upgrade costs, etc. I asked whether I could make payment arrangements, supposedly it was escalated to management. Couldn't get hold of Ms David, despite repeated calls, messages left, holding on for her & the like. She comes back via e-mail (why leave messages to TALK to her) & says that I could pay the balance over 2 months but the line will remain "softlocked". How does this make any sense? Why make arrangements but maintain a locked phone? There was NEVER any attempt to: Save me time, save me money or put me first. This despite being a loyal customer for! 0 - 13 years. As for customer service (credit controller) - what a joke
