Nashua slow to pay credit balance on closed accoun

My subscription with Nashua Mobile was cancelled end last year to which I've received my last statement. This indicated that an amount of -R144.48, which is due to me. After a month, I received another statement indicating the same which indicated that they had not bothered to pay the money nor contact me to make arrangements. I opted to contact Nashua to which I was told that a request has been made for the funds to be transferred.

It is yet another month that had passed and yet again I had received a statement indicating exactly the same. Yesterday I phoned and spoke to a lady that wasn't a good listener and asked all sorts of dumb questions like what I was charged. Eventually she got the message (well, this is what I thought) and asked me to hold. A further 18 minutes later I decided that she had no intention of assisting me so I put the phone down.

Another few failed attempts of trying to get through to Nashua has me writing this report on HelloPeter now. Why is it so difficult to sort this issue out? I am so glad that I am no longer with Nashua - your service is just pathetic and it also seems that the staff's competency levels have dropped somewhat too.
