Refund for fully paid terminated contract billed

I cancelled Nashua Mobile contract and 25 May 2013 deadline was missed and yet I have sent the documents on time. I did everything again early in June, received quote and paid all that was due.
Mid July I received a statement that I owe and the amount that i paid when i terminated the contract was not reflecting on the statement but a different amount showed. I queried this with Jessica a day or two after I received the statement after few day and she responded by saying it was a system error which has been corrected.
On the 1st of Aug money was deducted by nashua mobile which left me with a credit balance on my bank account or no money at all. I sent email and Jessica was on leave and forwarded the email to Meagan and Clement the manager who was also and leave. On 02/08 I phoned Meagan 5 times or more and requesting for refund but she would not phone or email back on the progress this was frustrating and to me it seems that she saw no urgency in my request and only replied at 16:11 by email stating that the credit note will be done and i will get the refund. I regret taking a contract with Nashua Mobile knowingly that there were already a lot of issues with my employers contrats
