Wont pay out money due to me

I moved my contract from Nashua mobile at the beginning of January (so my last month with them was December), i have been getting statements ever since i have left every month.

After the first statement that i was no longer with them i phoned to ask why i was getting statements and they said that i was in credit so i asked them if they could pay me the money due to me. The consultant said that that's not a problem she will process the refund. After yet another statement i phoned again to ask what has been happening with my refund, the lady has been trying to help me but no progress has been made. I received yet another statement and i am still awaiting my money. Also, every time i receive a statement R24 has been deducted from what they owe me and i am not using any of their services, this is.

I expect the amount first owed to me, as per credit note, to be paid back to me. Which is R163.34.
