Unacceptably slow service delivery!

I logged a request for an ADSL line on 17 February 2013 and I still have not received any feedback as to when the service will be available. I received a few vaugue and useless SMS'. I then went to the Telkom store at The Glen shopping centre yesterday and they told me that the process will be completed by 30 April 2013. This is exactly one and a half months from the time I logged the service request. This is unacceptable. I need internet at home and I think a one and a half month turn around time is unacceptable. Can someone please attend to this issue asap. I await your feedback.
