I have been getting slow adsl speeds at home. Every time I phone Telkom they tell me a fault was reported on 15 April 2013 and it's an exchange problem. I can't get any feedback on when the problem will be fixed. Nobody gets back to me. I phoned yesterday and I was told there was cable in my area, but all the other times I phoned I was told its an exchange issue. I went in to the Telkom store in Tyger Valley yesterday, they could also not give me any feedback, they just phoned the service department and I had to speak to them again. I'm paying for a 4 meg line and not even getting 1 meg line speed.

Please give me feedback and fix the problem as I am not getting the service I am paying for!

I would like a refund for the days that my internet is not up to scratch.
