Impossible to contact Telkom ADSL support

Our Telkom line has been on and active for the past 2 months with it working adequately, but since yesterday (19/07/2013) we have not been able to connect to the Internet at all. Web-pages load so long that the request times out every time (even for Google). Upon addressing the issue and getting into contact with their help desk, all I got was something along the lines of "All our consultants are currently busy, please be patient." Altogether I spent 14 minutes on the phone, waiting. During this process; they dropped the call once and when I tried to log the fault over the phone with their automated response system, it told me that there was an error and that the fault cannot be logged at this time. Eventually the automated response system informed me of an option to log the fault via SMS, which I did. 25 minutes later I still await a reply and have a lack of ADSL.
