I logged a call with Telkom on 27 July 2013 regarding slow to no internet access : 27BTK270713
Telkom does not give me any feedback, nor do they attend to the issue.
The call has been escalated twice, but I assume that is just a legal term for doing nothing.
Last escalation number is : 543743

I keep on seeing the following on the Telkom Portal: Following message sent to 0714971532: Dear Telkom Customer, thank you for requesting fault progress online. There is still an open fault out on your line.
That is not even my phone number?

I wish we had someone in telkom with the mental ability to address customer issues.
