AUTOPAGE upgraded a 5 month old contract without c

On 1st March 2013 I lodge a complain via Hellopeter. On 4th March I received a call from Autopage confirming they are working on my complains and a follow up call a week later. on 6th March 2013 I received the following SMS: Autopage thanks you, you contract has been extended for 24 months yourref number is: 3664467. For further assistance 0861232424 THIS after I have been complaining about the service on the update done 7 Novembe 2012. I did call this number several times. They try to put me trough to Happiness Simelane who never seems to be available and do not return calls. At this stage I am thinking of getting legal help. Thanks for Hellopeter who atleast gets a response fro Autopage.
