9 visits numerous phone calls still not resolved

In March I upgraded to a Z10 at Autopage Pavilion. The first week of my upgrade I received an SMS to say I had used over R 650 of data. I straightaway phoned the number on the SMS and not happy with the response went up to Autopage Pavilion for help. 9 visits to Autopage Pavillion, one appointment with the Blackberry rep who never pitched and numerous phone calls in march and a bill of over 11 THOUSAND RANDS, I am still waiting for this to be RESOLVED .
From my first visit I asked for help in case I was inadvertently doing something to incur these data costs. They could not see any streaming only one YouTube and my phone had not been used as a modem.
I have had to revert to using my old phone that keeps freezing with no bbm or emails which I find very inconvenient.
3 months is ridiculous! I am paying for a contract with data and a phone I'm to scared to use.
