Bad Service from Autopage

I logged the following issue with Autopage on the 04 March 2013:
Hi There,

On Thursday the 28 February 2013 I phoned in to cancel my data package. I got the worse service I have ever experience in the more than ten years with Autopage. I mention to the agent that I will use up my current data bundles and then used the Wi-Fi service. He then told me I have 24 hours to use all my data or it would expire, it was at that point that I said to him that then he should have asked me for an effective date. He told me that is not how it is done at Autopage at that point I asked him for his supervisor/manager he told me that there is no supervisor or manager he then put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I just want to know is this a type of behaviour which is endorsed by Autopage?
