Great service

It is so unusual to receive great service from a call centre but today I did.

After having received no help from a walk in store, I called the Contact Centre and got through to Naeem. He managed to answer all my questions and came up with solutions to my situation.

He was polite and incredibly helpful - an absolute asset to Vodacom.
