I contacted the Vodacom Online call centre today to take out a new contract and Lizzie was wonderfully helpful. She was willing to call me back, she helped me with all sorts of questions that I had and even when I called back to tell her that I wanted to cancel the application (just because I needed to do the application in store to be able to get my device immediately) she was a joy to deal with.

I also dealt briefly with Linda at the Call Centre who was also great.
