Terrible customer service! Call centre incompetent

I receive an sms "debit order was unsuccessful" yet there is funds in my account. I contacted the call centre and banking details were to be sent. Had to call again as nothing was sent as promised, however the second call was "Vodacom cannot supply me with their banking details to pay my account" How many times should I call to pay my account? The last call centre agent "Chanel" tells me I must contact the self help service due to my security questions were answered incorrectly. yet everything was right!!!

The worse experience ever!
